After a distinct lack of a carnival at the last 4-H Fair, Fair Board President Ron Rensberger said the board has decided to bring it back this year. Rensberger said that while people expressed a desire for a carnival, it was a matter of finding one that both looks good and boasts safety. The former carnival is no longer available because of changes in cost and scheduling, and Rensberger said that the fair will be booking Circus City Amusements to entertain visitors.
