Judge Robert O. Bowen accepted the plea agreement between the state and the attorney for Nathan Harrison, 23, and sentenced Harrison to ten years in the Indiana Department of Corrections. The agreement included a recommendation of intense drug rehabilitation treatment through incarceration.
An officer with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department initiated a traffic stop on U.S. 31 near the intersection of 12B Road he found the vehicle to have an equipment violation. K9 Arras was deployed and searched around the vehicle where the dog indicated the presence of narcotics inside the vehicle.
