Pulaski County Chamber Announces Halleck Award Recipients for 2020, 2021

The Pulaski County Chamber of Commerce is giving out not one, but two, H.J. Halleck Community Service Awards. Pulaski residents Paul and Brenda Gilsinger have been named the 2021 Halleck Award recipients, according to a chamber press release. But since no award was given last year, the chamber has also named Betty Kruger of Francesville as the 2020 recipient.

2018 H.J. Halleck Community Service Award Recipient Announced

Pulaski County Chamber of Commerce President Aaron Paulsen recently announced that Mr. Charles “Charlie” McKinley has been named the recipient of the 2018 H. J Halleck Community Service Award.

The award is presented annually to recognize an individual who has been active outside of their employment to improve the quality of life in Pulaski County through volunteerism, civic commitment and involvement in various organizations. Continue reading

Winamac Man Soon to Be Proud Recipient of H.J. Halleck Award

  
 

A Winamac man will soon be the honored recipient of the Pulaski County Chamber of Commerce’s H.J. Halleck Community Service Award. The award is presented in honor of an individual’s selfless donation of time, energy, and hard work in an effort to make their community a better place for everyone to live, and this year, David W. Barr will be presented with the award on March 8 at 6 p.m. at the event center in Winamac.
