7/21/14 – Starke Circuit Court officials requested security at 8:20 a.m. in the large courtroom.

7/21/14 – Starke County EMS, The Starke County Sheriff’s Department, and Bass Lake First Responders were dispatched to an accident with injuries at 1150 East and 750 South in Monterey.

7/21/14 – A Grovertown man reported being harassed by his landlord’s son.

7/21/14 – Deputies responded to a property damage accident on State Road 23 and Cherokee.

7/21/14 – A resident in the 5100 block of South 350 West in North Judson requested deputies remove an unknown man who is taking pictures of her family and home from her residence.

7/22/14 – Multiple agencies responded to an accident with injuries on State Road 10 west of State Road 39.

7/22/14 – A resident in the 61– block of South State Road 10 in Knox reported someone broke into his garage and stole items.

7/23/14 – A resident in the 3100 block of South 900 West in San Pierre reported continual damage caused by people driving across his property.

7/23/14 – A resident in the 8600 block of East 75 North in Knox reported shots being fired in the area southeast of his location.

7/24/14 – A resident in the 8900 block of North 1050 East in Walkerton called the police and asked to have several people removed from his home.

7/24/14 – Deputies responded to a two-vehicle property damage accident at the intersection of 700 North and 600 East in Hamlet.

7/24/14 – Deputies responded to a residential break-in in the 4000 block of North 900 East in Knox.

7/24/14 – A Bass Lake resident reported someone dumping brush on his property on State Road 10.

7/24/14 – A caller reported someone was beating up his 9-year-old niece on U Road in North Judson.

7/24/14 – A deputy responded to a report of a vehicle in a ditch on 400 South at U.S. 35.

7/24/14 – The Knox-Center Township Volunteer Fire Department responded to a residential fire in the 2200 block of East 200 South in Knox.

7/24/14 – The owner of buildings in the 9000 block of East State Road 8 in Knox reported they have been broken into.

7/25/14 – Multiple agencies responded to single-vehicle rollover accident on U.S. 35 north of Knox. The driver advised his tire blew and he flipped the vehicle. He said he was not hurt, just shaken up.

7/25/14 – The Bass Lake Fire Department and other agencies responded to a trailer fire on Lincoln Street in Monterey.

7/25/14 – A resident in the 11700 block of East U.S. 30 in Knox reported the theft of a cooker from his residence.

7/25/14 – A resident in the 3200 block of East 400 North in Knox reported vandalism.

7/25/14 – Ralph A. Tscchida, 38, of Valparaiso, hit a deer on U.S. 35 at State Road 10 in Knox.

7/26/14 – A resident in the 7600 block of North Topinabee Road reported someone is stealing his firewood.

7/26/14 – A Monterey resident reported credit card fraud.

7/26/14 – Deputies responded to a single-vehicle accident on 700 East at State Road 10 in Knox.

7/26/14 – Deputies were called to Bass Lake Beach by a patron who said someone at the campground was setting off bottle rockets and caught his pickup truck camper on fire. He advised he put the fire out, but said the subjects were belligerent and threatened him.

7/26/14 – A resident in the 7800 block of North Tecumseh Road in Walkerton reported someone standing outside her house in the dark. She said someone slashed her tires last week.

7/27/14 – Multiple agencies responded to a vehicle versus train accident on 700 East and 150 South in Knox.

7/27/14 – A Koontz Lake resident reported being beaten by her child’s father, who violated a protective order, and took their child.

7/27/14 – A resident in the 1200 block of East 150 South in Knox reported receiving harassing telephone calls and text messages.

7/27/14 – Multiple agencies responded to a motorcycle versus deer accident on State Road 10 west of 100 West in North Judson.

7/27/14 – A resident in the 10300 block of East 150 North in Knox reported the theft of a Dewalt drill from the residence.

7/27/14 – Starke County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a property damage accident on U.S. 421 and 400 South.

7/27/14 – A bartender at Chesapeake Run Golf Course in the 6400 block of South 250 West in North Judson said he cut off service to an intoxicated male subject who pulled a gun on him and demanded more beer. The man left when an off-duty officer came in.

7/27/14 – Multiple agencies responded to an accident with injuries at the intersection of State Road 10 and U.S. 35 in Knox.

7/27/14 – Deputies responded to a report of a motorist who put a scooter in a ditch on 400 South west of Range Road.

7/28/14 – A business owner in the 1100 block of East State Road 8 in Knox detained two people he claimed were breaking in.

7/2714 – Pulaski County Sheriff’s Deputies took a report of the theft of a generator welder.
