Von Tobel, 98, of Valparaiso, formerly of Francesville, are Monday, July 28 at 10 a.m. EDT at the Frain Mortuary Querry-Ulbricht Chapel in Francesville, with visitation there Sunday, July 27 from 4 until 7 p.m. Memorial contributions may be given to Gideons International or Liberty Bible Church.
