Phyllis J. Bailey, 81, of Rochester, Indiana passed away Friday, November 9, 2012. Funeral services will be Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. ET at the Zimmerman Brothers Funeral Home in Rochester. Visitation is Monday from 4:00-8:00 p.m. ET and Tuesday one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Hope Hospice of Fulton County and United Ministries of Fulton County.
