Dale K. Petersen, 89, of Rochester, Indiana passed away Thursday, November 15, 2012. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Monday, November 19, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. ET at the Good Family Funeral Home in Rochester. Visitation is Monday one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Military graveside rites will be conducted by the Fulton County Honor Guard and the Scott Air Force Base Honor Guard.
