Charles R. Fahler, 64, of Star City, Indiana, passed away Saturday, April 7th, 2012. Funeral services will be Wednesday, April 11th, 2012 at 2:30 p.m. ET at the Harrison-Metzger and Rans Funeral Home, Royal Center Chapel.
