Funeral services for Arthur D. Seman, 88, of Martinsville, formerly of Winamac, are Sunday, April 27 at 2 p.m. EDT at Frain Mortuary in Winamac, with visitation from 1 p.m. until the time of the service. The American Legion and VFW will conduct military graveside services. Memorial contributions may be given to American Legion Post 71 or VFW Post 1728.
