Plymouth PD Investigating Restaurant Burglary

Plymouth Police Department detectives are investigating a burglary at the Symphony Family Restaurant.

Officers received word that on Friday, Nov. 15 at 12:26 a.m. that a burglary was taking place at the business at 1410 N. Michigan Street. The manager of the facility surprised the suspect when he entered the building. The suspect fled on foot from the restaurant and no vehicle was seen.

Symphony Surveillance photoAn investigation found that the suspect had entered the building through the roof and came into the restaurant through the attic. He forced open the office door and collected money in the office. The money didn’t leave the premises as the suspect was surprised by the appearance of the manager and left quickly.

Video footage of the interior of the restaurant showed a man with a white cloth over his face. He was wearing a green jacket. He is 5’7” to 5’9” and has very short hair.
