Holmes convened a grand jury in January of this year to hear evidence against Ferguson and Donohue gathered by investigators from his office and the Indiana State Police. The panel handed down the indictments on Feb. 20, but they were sealed until last Friday. Warrants were also issued then for Ferguson and Donohue’s arrest. As of this morning, neither man had been apprehended. Court documents indicate Ferguson owns homes in Madison, Miss. and Snyder, Texas. Donohue lives in Macon, Ga. according to a news release from the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office. Bond for both men is set at $15,000 cash.
