A Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department K-9 officer has made three drug-related arrests this week. Both followed traffic stops during which drug dog Gil reportedly indicated the presence of drugs in the vehicles.

Casey Lynn Carter, 23, was arrested, following a traffic stop early Sunday. Jail officials found additional pills during a body cavity search, according to a news release from the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department.
On Monday evening, Gil indicated the presence of drugs in another vehicle. Julie C. Landis, 38, of Logansport, and Amie J. Martinez, 34, of Plymouth, were both arrested after officers allegedly found numerous packets of synthetic marijuana, smoking pipes and marijuana roaches.
