Gilsinger Implement Purchases Kauffman Sons Inc.
Gilsinger Implement, Indiana’s oldest John Deere Dealership, recently purchased Kauffman Sons, Inc., a fourth-generation commercial and lawn and garden dealer. With established locations in Winamac, Knox, Leesburg, and Plymouth, Gilsinger Implement will now operate dealerships in Goshen and Mishawaka.
Gilsinger Implement and Kauffman Sons share a common heritage, operating as John Deere dealers for four generations. According to owner Paul Gilsinger, the addition of the two locations and their experienced staff will “build on a combined heritage of expertise and service to strengthen the relationship with our customers and community. Our companies’ common values make this integration a natural fit”.
