O-D School Board Approves Curriculum Coach Contract

Oregon-Davis-Jr_Sr-BuildingThe Oregon-Davis School Board this week approved a contract with a curriculum coach. Superintendent Don Harman says the corporation received a grant to pay for a consultant from Educational Equitable Services as part of their K-12 Boost program.

He says the person will help the O-D staff and principals develop a sound curriculum which includes maps and assessments to measure student success. The goal of curriculum mapping is to ensure students are being taught material that is included on standardized tests for their grade levels.
