FFA Breakfast Proceeds to Benefit Explosion Victims, Families

FFA members at West Central High School are donating proceeds from tomorrow’s farmer’s breakfast to the families of the two men who were badly burned in Monday’s grain elevator explosion. Tate & Lyle employee Glen Tiede of Francesville and truck driver Timothy Reidelbach of Winamac were airlifted from Francesville shortly after the Monday afternoon blast. An investigator from the State Fire Marshal’s Office has ruled it accidental.

Tomorrow’s breakfast will take place from 7:30 until 9:30 a.m. EDT at West Central High School. Meals are $5 a plate, and free-will donations are also welcome.
