Jury Returns Guilty Verdict Against Christmas Day Crook

A jury in Starke Circuit Court heard a different kind of Christmas story this week, and returned a guilty verdict against a defendant following a two-day jury trial.

They found Allen Moore guilty of dealing in methamphetamine and possession of precursors, Level 5 and 6 felonies respectively. The charges stem from a Dec. 25 incident, according to court records. Moore was arrested four days later. He’s scheduled to be sentenced on May 4th.
