Funeral services for Jay F. Kopkey, 95, of Winamac will be Thursday, January 21st at 1:00 p.m. at Frain Mortuary in Winamac. Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 20th from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home and Thursday from noon until the time of the service. Memorials may be made to Winamac First Christian Church or the Pulaski County 4-H Horse and Pony Club.
