A celebration of life service for Helen Ruth Bishop, 96, of Brownsburg, formerly of Winamac and Logansport, will take place Thursday, January 28 at 1 p.m. EST at the First Presbyterian Church of Winamac, with visitation there from 11 a.m. until the time of the service. Memorials may be given to the First Presbyterian Church of Winamac. Frain Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
