Cold Snap Continues With More Sub-Zero Wind Chills

It’s another cold start to the day. The combination of temperatures in the single digits and west winds of 5 to 15 miles per hour will make it feel much colder. Wind chills of between 5 and 15 below zero are expected through mid morning.

If you have to go out, dress in layers and cover all exposed skin to avoid frostbite. It can occur in less than 30 minutes when temperatures are this cold.

Today’s high is only expected to hit 15, but the wind chill should not be as prevalent a factor later in the day. We’ll dip back into the single digits for an overnight low, with a little snow possible late.
