Starke County employees will not notice a change in their health insurance benefits in the coming year. The county commissioners Monday evening renewed the county’s Anthem Blue Cross-Blue Shield policy with the same levels of coverage. The anticipated 9.62 percent premium increase was offset by a $70,000 premium credit, for a net increase of 3.79 percent.
