Culver to Consider Better Nuisance Ordinance Enforcement

The Culver Town Council will hold a special work session meeting tonight with the goal of better enforcing certain ordinances.

Ordinance amendments were recently adopted, making more specific the length grass can be on lawns in Culver, but also outlining the types of vehicles and general supplies can be on lawns.

A couple of ordinance violations have already been enforced to this effect. Sometimes the enforcement can bring about heated exchanges with residents of the community.

While the language has been revised, how to enforce Culver’s stance on the violations has been another topic. Tonight’s meeting hopes to determine a solution.

The Town Council will meet at 5:30 p.m. at Culver Town Hall.
