Funeral services for SSgt. Andrew Budd, 27, of El Paso, Texas, formerly of Winamac, are Wednesday, Sept. 2 at 11 a.m. EDT at Frain Mortuary in Winamac, with visitation Tuesday, Sept. 1 from 3 until 8 p.m. EDT at the funeral home. The U.S. Army will provide full honors at McKinley Memorial Gardens in Winamac. Memorials may be given to the Indiana Patriot Guard.
