Incidents

7/28/15 – North Judson Police responded to a call of juveniles playing on and around boxcars near the tracks at the Hoosier Valley Railroad Museum. They were gone when officers arrived.

7/29/15 – A citizen reported people possibly going through parked cars in the 600 block of Keller Ave. Police arrived within minutes and did not find anyone. North Judson Police Chief Doug Vessely reminds all citizens to keep their vehicles locked when they are unattended.

7/30/15 – Officers interviewed three juveniles about a residential entry in the 200 block of McClellan Street and furnished a complete report to the prosecutor’s office.

8/2/15 – Officers received a call reporting shots fired near the north side of town. They located some target shooters outside of the city limits. Shooting was halted for the evening.

8/4/15 – North Judson Police took a harassment report from an employee in the 600 block of Talmer Ave. involving harassing text messages and telephone calls. NJ Police took an Harassment report from an employee in the 600 block of Talmer Avenue. This was an information report involving harassing texts and phone calls.

7/24/15 – Austin Dale Bailey, 25, Knox – driving while suspended prior.

7/28/15 – Nicholas J. Degarmo, 28, Westville – possession of a synthetic drug.

7/30/15 – Tammy Su Lovely, 43, San Pierre – false informing and obstruction of justice.

8/1/15 – Micah Jedidial Mitchell, 35, Hamlet – driving while suspended prior.

8/8/15 -Eric J. Sobiek, 39, North Judson/Knox – failure to register as a sex offender
