Monterey voters will narrow the field of town council nominees during a Democratic Town Convention tomorrow morning.
Pulaski County Democratic Party officials will conduct it at 10 a.m. since there is no town party committee. Incumbent council members James C. Fleury, Emily Bailey and Christine (Chris) Fox are seeking reelection. The addition of Doug Denton’s candidacy necessitated a convention. Voters are reminded to bring a photo ID. They will also need to sign a party affiliation statement.
