Full military rites for 64-year-old Roger Morris Jacks of Royal Center are Monday, July 6th at 5:00 p.m. at Harrison-Metzger-Rans Funeral Home in Royal Center. Visitation is Monday, July 6th from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorials can be made to the American Legion Post #60 in Logansport.
