The Town of Winamac is being affected by flooding on the Tippecanoe River.
Town Manager Brad Zellers says that the Winamac Town Park will be closed to motor vehicles, Bikes, golf carts, and foot traffic. How long the closure will remain in effect depends on the amount of flooding.
Zellers says the closure is mainly due to the ground being saturated.
