A Pulaski County business was among those selected to travel to China as part of a trade delegation.
Lieutenant Governor Sue Ellspermann organized her second trade mission to Asia, but is largely focused on China during this month’s trip. According to a press release, the Indiana delegation met with both national and provincial leaders to promote agricultural trade.
Among the 20 individuals selected to travel was Harvey Gutwein of Gutwein Popcorn Company. The company is based in Francesville, Indiana.
Ellspermann says the trip will take the group to an interior province that is not often visited by trade delegations. Indiana products will be promoted on the trip.
The trade mission is supported by private contributions.
