A Celebration of Life service for Thomas Luther Blinn, 80, of Winamac, Indiana will Saturday, April 18, 2015 at 2 p.m. EDT at the Star City United Methodist Church. Visitation is Saturday, April 18, 2015 from 12:30 p.m. ET until the time of services. Inurnment will be in the Star City West Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be given to the Star City United Methodist Church. Arrangements are being handled by the Frain Mortuary in Winamac.
