Starke County’s next tax sale will take place Monday, Sept. 28 at 10 a.m. That’s the date approved Monday by the county commissioners. Notices will be mailed to delinquent property owners in mid-July.
The required legal notices will be published in the newspaper on Aug. 20, 27 and Sept. 3. A hearing for owners who object in writing to the sale will take place on Sept. 18, with a judgment and order for sale to be issued Sept. 23.
