Funeral services for Elizabeth “Betty” Howat, 93, of Francesville, are Saturday, April 25 at 11 a.m. EDT at the Frain Mortuary Querry-Ulbricht Chapel in Francesville, with visitation there Friday, April 24 from 4 until 8 p.m. EDT. Memorial contributions may be given to the Francesville-Salem Township Public Library Children’s Department.
