Funeral services Clarence Russell “Russ” Warner, Sr., 79, of Star City, Indiana will be Saturday, March 14, 2015 at 3 p.m. ET at the Frain Mortuary in Winamac, Indiana. Visitation is Saturday, March 14, 2015 from 11 a.m. until the time of services at the funeral home. Military graveside services will be conducted. Memorial Contributions may be given to Team Cindy Strong c/o White County Relay for Life.
