Funeral services for William “Pigeon” Howard, 83, of North Judson, Indiana will be Thursday, Feb. 5, 2015 at 11 a.m. CT at English Lake Church. Visitation is Thursday, Feb. 5, 2015 from 10 a.m CT until the time of services at the church. The O’Donnell Funeral Home in North Judson is in charge of arrangements.
