Funeral services for Cynthia Lou Warner, 54, of Wolcott, Indiana, formerly of Star City, Indiana are Saturday, Feb. 21, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. ET at the Frain Mortuary in Winamac. Visitation is Friday, Feb. 20, 2015 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. ET at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the family for a memorial fund established in her name.
