Incidents:

01/12/15 – Police responded to numerous slide-offs in the county. There was no damage done to any of the vehicles and the drivers were not injured.

01/12/15 – A resident contacted officers in reference to a child custody matter. The resident was advised that it was a civil matter.

01/12/15 – Police responded to an alarm call in the area of 5000 block of West State Road 10.

01/13/15 – A resident in the 300 block of East Weninger Street told police that their vehicle windows were shot out by a BB gun. This incident is still under investigation.

01/13/15 – Police responded to a vandalism complaint in the 3900 block of West Third Street. The front windows on a rental house were shot out by a BB gun. This incident is still under investigation.

01/14/15 – A resident reported to officers of a dog running loose in the 6500 block of South Walnut Street.

01/14/15 – Officers responded to an animal complaint in the 6100 block of South John Street.

01/15/15 – An unwanted guest was reported to North Judson Police. The subject was advised not to be on the property unless he is asked to come there.

01/15/15 – A property owner reported to police that his tenant forged his name on some documents.

01/15/15 – North Judson Police Officer Frank Thomas conducted a traffic stop in the 600 block of Oakwood Street. After a brief investigation, the passenger of the vehicle, Bradley Alan White, 26, of LaCrosse was arrested for outstanding warrants.

01/16/15 – A resident in the 700 block Laurel Street told police that the hood of her vehicle was damaged.

01/17/15 – Police responded to the 5800 block of U Road West to a burglary complaint with the assistance of the Indiana State Police. A resident locked his keys in the house and he was trying to gain entry through a window.

Arrests:

01/15/15 – Bradley Alan White, 26, of La Crosse, IN, was arrested for outstanding warrants.

1/12/15 – A resident in the 11000 block of East Mohawk Road, Koontz Lake reported the theft of a go-kart.

1/12/15 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Department responded to a report of a vehicle in a ditch at the intersection of U.S. 421 and State Road 10 in San Pierre.

1/12/15 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Department responded to a report of a vehicle in a ditch on 700 East between Toto Road and 200 South.

1/12/15 – A resident in the 4000 block of south 700 South in Knox reported a tool box was stolen from a vehicle and the windows were broken.

1/12/15 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Department responded to a slide off in the 1900 block of north 300 East in Knox.

1/12/15 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Department was notified of a possible residential break-in in the 8800 block of East Long Lane Drive in Knox.

1/13/15 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Department responded to a slide off in the 3000 block of south 100 Way in North Judson.

1/14/15 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Department, North Judson Police Department, Starke County EMS and North Judson-Wayne Township Fire Department First Responders all responded to an accident on State Road 10 at 100 West.

1/15/15 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Department responded to a vehicle versus deer crash on State Road 10 at 700 East in Knox.

1/16/15 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Department responded to a two-vehicle crash in the 6700 block of North State Road 23 in Knox.

1/17/15 – A resident in the 10600 block of west State Road 10 in San Pierre reported the theft of his 2015 burgundy Ford Focus from his residence.

1/17/15 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Department took a report of a vehicle versus deer crash on U.S. 421 south of State Road 10 in San Pierre.

1/17/15 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Department responded to a vehicle versus deer crash on 500 South at Elm Street in Bass Lake.

10/18/15 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Department was asked to assist the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department with a vehicle versus house crash in the 7800 block of north 625 East in Monterey.
