Eastern Pulaski School Board Honors Retiring Member

An Eastern Pulaski School Board member was honored Monday evening for 22 years of service. John Kwiatkowski is retiring from the board at the end of this year. He served two stints on the board as the representative from Franklin Township. The first was from 1968 until 1978. During that time the elementary school was built. Kwitakowski was reelected to the board in 2002 and has served continuously since. He was a board member during the addition of full-day kindergarten classrooms in the early 2000s. The board presented him a plaque acknowledging their appreciation of his service. Superintendent Dan Foster says Mr. Kwiatkowski was always a pleasure to work with on the school board.
