Funeral services for Carroll Messer, 83, of Francesville, are Tuesday, Jan. 6 at 11 a.m. EST at the Apostolic Christian Church in Francesville, with visitation Monday, Jan. 5 from 4 until 8 p.m. EST at the Frain Mortuary Querry-Ulbricht Chapel in Francesville. Memorial contributions may be given to Parkview Haven Retirement Home in Francesville.
