Funeral services for Brandon S. Starr, 19, of Winamac, are Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2014 at 2 p.m. ET at Frain Mortuary in Winamac. Visitation is Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2014 from 10 a.m. ET until the time services at the funeral home. Memorials may be given to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
