North Judson Town Council to Meet Tonight

The North Judson town council members will have two ordinances to take action on when they meet tonight.

An ordinance establishing responsible and responsive bidder requirements on public works projects will be up for review while the third reading of the salary ordinance will be up for adoption.

A vacancy on the park board will need to be filled by the council.

The water department and the clerk’s office will soon move to the old First Farmers Bank and Trust building on Lane Street to provide more space for the offices and meeting space for the council meetings. An update on that process is expected during this meeting. The office staff will be moving into the building by the end of the year.

Until that move, the North Judson town council meetings will be held in the community building. The meeting is there tonight at 6:30 p.m. CT.
