A celebration of life service for Joann M. Howe, 81, of Rochester, will take place Saturday, Oct. 11 at 11 a.m. EDT at Winamac Nazarene Church, with visitation there from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service. Memorials may be given to Winamac Nazarene Church. Harrison-Metzger-Rans Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Kewanna is in charge of arrangements.
