A Peru man wanted on a Cass County warrant faces drug possession charges in Marshall County after a Thursday afternoon traffic stop.
A Marshall County Police Officer pulled a vehicle driven by Magellan A. Miller, 45, of Peru, over on U.S. 31 near 11th Road just after 1 p.m. Police K-9 Arras indicated the presence of narcotics inside the car. Officers found possible methamphetamine and marijuana during a search of the vehicle, according to a news release. Miller was booked into the Marshall County Jail.
