A man authorities in Marshall County say threatened to kill his family and any police officer that attempted to stop him is jailed on a $10,000 cash bond.
Officers with the Marshall County Police Department were dispatched to look for Andy Horvath Sunday night. He’s accused of intimidating, stalking and harassing his wife and daughter. A police department news release indicates a patrolman found Horvath in Lapaz and followed him until other officers arrived. They conducted a felony traffic stop just south of Lakeville on U.S. 31 and took Horvath into custody. Officers from the St. Joseph County Police Department assisted. Horvath faces felony intimidation and stalking charges.
