Funeral services for Howard “Blackie” K. Blackman, 91, of Headlee, Indiana will be Monday, Sept. 1, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. ET at the Harrison-Metzger and Rans Funeral Home, Royal Center Chapel. Visitation is Sunday, Aug. 31, 2014 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. ET and one hour prior to services Monday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the White Oak United Methodist Church.
