LaPorte Police arrested two teenage boys early Sunday morning after responding to a complaint of several loud juveniles at the Country Acres Apartments, including one who was exposing himself. When the officers showed up just after 4 a.m., they saw several people standing outside building #5.
Cody A. Zupko, 19, and Tony Penaloza, 18, both of LaPorte, were passing an alcoholic beverage container back and forth, according to the police report. Officers also saw Zupko falling onto the sidewalk with his pants down. Zupko was also wanted on a Pulaski County warrant for violation of ABC acts. Both he and Penaloza are charged with violation of ABC acts in LaPorte County as well.
