The interesting thing about this horror flick, Night of the Dolls, is most of it was filmed in Winamac with local people. WKVI’s Tom Berg even makes a cameo. The movie will be shown at 11:30 a.m. and then again at 10:15 p.m. ET today. Tickets are available at the door. The morning movie is $4 and the evening is $5.
Come out for a chance to meet the cast and buy a copy of the film on DVD. See if you recognize any of the establishments or individuals in the movie.
Producer Dan Murphy is excited for the premier of Night of the Dolls and about upcoming projects.
“You get to come and watch it with us, and you get to meet the cast and at the end of the show we’ll give away some stuff and you can ask questions. You know, if anyone’s maybe interested in wanting to get into this kind of thing we’ve got two more movie projects coming this year. One we’re filming with Eileen Dietz from The Exorcist, that will also be shot locally. We’re always looking for new people,” said Murphy.
