Plymouth Man Arrested on Forgery, Credit Card Fraud and Theft Charges

 
 

A stolen credit card has landed a Plymouth man in the Marshall County Jail.

Plymouth police officers were notified by the victim that unauthorized transactions were occurring on the victim’s credit card on the night of March 25 and early on March 26. The four transactions were made at three different gas stations in Marshall County.

After further investigation, Scott M. Ramos, 27, of Plymouth was brought into the Plymouth Police Department and questioned. Ramos was booked into the Marshall County Jail on four counts each of Forgery and Credit Card Fraud. He was additionally charged with Theft.

He has two other criminal cases pending in Marshall County. His bond has been set at $20,000 cash.
