The Pulaski County Commissioners this week heard the monthly report from Highway Superintendent Mark Fox, who explained that his crews are currently working on gravel roads to get them fixed as quickly as possible. Soon, he said, they will begin patching the roads up a bit as the weather allows.

Fox said his department will start filling up their patching equipment this week to get some of the potholes fixed. Commissioner Larry Brady also asked him to get in touch with an employee of the surveyor’s office in regards to a few questions about drainage in an area of the county.

Fox also presented four bid spec sheets that he said are ready to be advertised. The commissioners approved a motion to proceed with the bid specs for the highway department.
