Funeral services for 74-year-old Norma J. Messer of Francesville, Indiana will be Saturday, July 20, 2013 at 10 a.m. at the United Baptist Church of Gilliam Township. Visitation is Friday, July 19, 2013 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Boersma Funeral Home in Wheatfield. Memorials may be made to the family.
