The complainant reported that the woman had come back to LaPorte with him after the party and around 3 a.m., he was getting ready to take her home. What he didn’t expect, however, was that the woman would drive off with his van after he left her sitting in the passenger seat as he went back inside to grab something he had forgotten.
He came back outside just in time to see the female drive off in his van, the taillights of his 1999 Pontiac Montana fading in the distance.
