Plymouth Library’s Birthday Bash Set for July 14

  
 
The Plymouth Public Library is celebrating its 100th birthday this year and a birthday bash is planned for Sunday, July 14.

Beginning at 1 p.m. ET that day, you are welcome to stop by the library for cake, punch and entertainment. A silent movie will be shown that may have played at the old Orpheum Theatre downtown.

Scrapbooks outlining the library’s history will be available to browse and Kurt Garner will give a talk about the library’s history at 2 p.m. ET. He will go over all of the changes the library has seen over the past 100 years.

The birthday bash is scheduled from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Plymouth Public Library located at 201 N. Center St.
