Criminal Mischief and Recklessness Lands Plymouth Man in Jail

A Plymouth man was arrested Tuesday, June 4 after a criminal mischief investigation.

The victim, who resides in the 500 block of E. Pennsylvania Ave. in Plymouth, told police that on Sunday, June 2 he reportedly saw Tyler Yeazel cut his vehicle’s tires. The victim said that Yeazel pointed a handgun at the victim before running away.

A handgun was later located in the area where the suspect had run from the scene. The handgun was traced through ATF records and determined to belong to Yeazel.

Tyler Yeazel was arrested two days later and booked into the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of Criminal Recklessness with a Handgun as a Class D felony, Criminal Mischief as a Class A misdemeanor and Illegal Possession of a Handgun as a Class A misdemeanor. He remains in the Marshall County Jail on a cash bond of $5,000.
